1 Cup butter - softened
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar or 1 cup splenda brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup splenda
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
2tsp vanilla extract
3 very ripe bananas (the riper they are the sweeter they are)
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup semi sweet choco chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Stir together the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla in a bowl. Mash the bananas into the mixture until there are few lumps. Sift together the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl; add to the banana mixture and stir until thoroughly incorporated. Fold in chips and walnuts. Drop rounded tablespoons of mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven until lightly brown and firm, about 15 minutes.
